This door is for capital that can remain illiquid. We decide, inside a mandate you have accepted.
The mandate comes first: what the capital is for, what it cannot touch, and how a no is recorded.
We read location, access that already exists or is committed, title path, use, concentration, and time. What is rejected matters more than what is bought.
Land is not a trading card. An exit can be planned. It cannot be promised.

Missing a parcel is acceptable. Misreading one is not.
